Where/How to get a replacement for a missing power supply

For some reason my tenants took my power supply when they moved out and now they don't know where it is. Anyone know how I can get an OEM replacement?

The below is mostly on the off chance a quality control Netgear employee reads this. It's a summary of my experience trying to get the issue resolved through their support system, which I have a negative opinion of as a result. If you don't have any influence in the Netgear support structure no need to waste your time reading it.

Support feels like a crap shoot. When I started got to a tech the man told me to go back to the store I got the modem from and that they would be able to get one. I was skeptical but I wasn't going to sit there and argue with the tech about. He also said it would only cost about $5. He gave me his employee number but I didn't bother writing it down because I expected this to be a no brainer. Anyway, I called Staples next but they said they could not get replacement power supplies, as I suspected. I know I can find a power supply online somewhere that will work but I was hoping to get an OEM replacement, and for a price point similar to what the tech told me. Ones I've found online have ranged from $15-25 which I have no problem paying if I can't find something cheaper but especially when a tech tells me $5 that's about all I want to pay. I should think needing a replacement power supply would be a fairly common thing and should not take this much effort to get a correct response from support. In fact I do not know why I couldn't have just ordered a replacement power supply from support like I've done with many other manufactureres in the past. Is there a place on the site I have overlooked where I can get this handled easily? The support process seems so convoluted. I understand they are trying to be efficient but if you have a problem that doesn't fit into their boxes it seems like you just fall through the cracks. This problem isn't even complicated, it's as clear cut as could be. If any Netgear employees are reading this, please suggest adding a replacement parts section to support. Currently, I would not reccomend Netgear products to anyonebased on this experience. I should not have to spend 45 minutes to hunt down a replacement powersupply and still have nothing to show for it after that time. It does not give me confidence that I could get more complicated issues resolved in a satisfactory time frame.

Thanks for your time,

    Hello RareElusiveGrif

Netgear does not sell replacement power supplys you will have to look for a 3rd party option or a used one online.
