Why is the Netgear cm500v not available? Is there a design problem?

we are completely out of stock and sold out.
more stock coming soon.
Is there a projected date that the Netgear "Buy" outlets will be receiving stock for the CM500v?
we just got the stock last week and we should have shipped out OR should be shipping out very soon. I would guess within 1-2 weeks you should see it in BestBuy first and then followed by other retailers.
Please check the DSLreports.com forum as well. few folks are monitoring..
