Why is Xfinity blocking access to the spectrum analyzers?

It's accessible for me on my CM3000 with Sparklight:
I wonder why Xfinity blocks it? However I have seen some people reports that they can see it with an Arris SB8200 modem.
I tested this with my old Netgear CM1000 and its blocked on it as well.
Post up the cable connections data page then the Event Logs data page so we can see what maybe happening there.
How are you trying to access the spectrum analyzer web page?
Tried different browsers?Was told the the analyzer is supported by your ISP. Supposed to be there.
