WiFi radios are not working on AC1750

My Model number C6300 WiFi leds do not light up. I’ve pressed the WiFi button for 2 seconds. Called Comcast to make sure it’s good on their end. I’ve tried to download new firmware but it says I need to connect to the net work. I’m using a lan line and check it many times. I’ve restarted the router I’ve unplugged the router and still no WiFi or netgear shows up to connect to by WiFi
What do I do? I have a support call tomorrow. My 90 warranty is nearly up

    Did the wifi ever work?

The wifi button will do nothing if you have turned off the wifi in the browser interface.

There is a manual for the C6300 somewhere at the end of this link:

    >>>> C6300 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<

Look at the section To specify basic wireless settings and check that it is set to Enable SSID Broadcast.

If that isn't the issue, one thing that the support people will probably ask you to do is to factory reset the thing. Check the section Factory Default Settings and try that before you call. That might fix it.

factory reset the device first and see if it comes up. sometimes folks set it up in bridge mode.

If not, please post your wireless and advanced GUI screenshots here.

what have you tried to check there is no Wireless SSID's being broadcasted?
