WiFi range

Question

I have a CM500V and a netgear wifi extender.&nbsp; Both are within ten metres of each other yet the wifi signal is still poor.&nbsp; The router light is also red (at times).&nbsp; Any suggestions on how to improve the range.&nbsp; I am an Optus customer

Do you have a wireless router to extend the wireless signal?&nbsp;&nbsp;
What is the product model of the Wifi Extender?&nbsp;

You need to access the Extender GUI and check the configuration since you have a poor connection to the gateway router.&nbsp;
