WiFi signals does not show up on C6300

Hi

It was working fine with no issues and all of a sudden I had to change my billing plan with TWC as they assumed that their device was being used which was corrected. Once corrected my WiFi signals does not show up at all , my LAN works but WiFi signals does not show up. TWC says it is router problem , they were not able to assist .. but strange I feel . Anyone has any suggestions. I have reset but nothing works , neither I am not able to get to router login as there are no WiFi signals .

Plz help

    I would ask for higher up support at your ISP sounds like they coded your modem with no wifi which will disable it.

        I would suggest calling TWC again and ask for there L3 support I believe they have the wifi disabled on your modem.
