Wired Connection a lot slower than 5G WiFi
I've been running into a weird issue where my wired download speeds are much lower than my 5G WiFi speeds. When I hardwire the router to my laptop, it says the connection is the same name as the 2.4G...

What, exactly, says what, exactly? Did you just plug in an Ethernet
cable, or did you also tell the (unspecified) "my laptop" to use the
wired interface? "same as 2.4G WiFi" could be easy to explain if you're
still using your 2.4GHz wireless network.
When I plug an Ethernet cord into the port, it gives that connection the same name (and speeds) as the 2.4 wireless band. It caps at like 80 megs wired. How can I get the wired connection to have the same speeds as my 5G wireless band? That's the goal. It does it on my Xbox, not my PCs.
