wired readyshare

Can't turn off readyshare on my Nighthawk AC1900 WIFI Cable Modem Router

The network map shows there is a wired computer as readyshare connected to the router. I just let my own devices to connect to the internet and no other device is allowed but it seems this wired readyshare is allowed. I cannot find anything in the router settings to disable readyshare and can't uncheck the "basic" mode.  Any ideas on how to resolve this issue????

    Can you post a screen capture of this Readyshare page on the modem? 

     

    Try a factory reset and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser.

         There were many other posts (for example: "Unknown device connected to wifi" from 2018; "N600 Model C3700 ReadyShare - Does is show on my network as a linex computer? from 2018; " C3700-100NAS ReadyShare - Disable This Feature" from 2020) related to this issue. Apparently there is no a clear solution suggested.
