On the new computer, click on the Wi-Fi icon. A list of Wi-Fi networks should appear. Click on the name of your network. You will likely be prompted to enter your Wi-Fi password. If you don't have a password, you should add one! If you don't know the password, log into your WNDR3700 and find the password under its wireless settings. You may also be able to retrieve the Wi-Fi password from one of your other computers.
It's also possible to use WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) to connect a device to the Wi-Fi network without using a password, but it's insecure so it's not recommended.
You can also Google for basic instructions. For example Google for connect windows wifi.
