Work VPN not working on Nighthawk Ax8 combo

I've been trying so hard to work from home but all have so far failed with the gateway. All ports necessary for my work VPN have been opened, and Security taken care of, talked to my ISP and they guarantee all is well by their side, Work admin gave me all needed but I cannot get my work VPN to connect to the Nighthawk. Everything else works fine.

 

Please help urgently.

    What NH router products do you have? Ax8 isn't a model #.

      I am at work so that is what I have on the pictures I have. Would that help?
