Worst Customer Service ever
yes the costumer sevice for netgear is so bad , this is the last time I'l buy this product is just waist of money, will not recomend to no one else buy diferent make may be bether.

- How can I get my money back. This product was sold as a two way communication device & it is not . There is misleading and false advertising !!!
