xbox one & c6250
Ever since i got the c6250 when I start the xbox (connected via ethernet) it does not connect to Xbox Live due to NAT or UPnP issues. i was able to get online at one point (after 6 hours of tinkering) by selecting a new port manually around 5500-ish and then clearing the MAC address, but it didnt last and i have not been able to achieve such success a second time. please help.

Is the console wired or wireless connected to the modem? Wired is preferred.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the modem been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
