Xbox Series X will not connect to CAX30 modem router (wired)

do any other devices have issues connecting wired?
did you try a different ethernet cable?
also, you might try checking the xbox forums as there's a ton of posts on google about "xbox series x wired not working"
One common fix it theme I've seen is: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it
My laptop connects just fine with the same cable and same port. I tried the alternate mac address clear, didn't work. Also tried resetting my console, didn't work.
