AV200 XAVN2001 Powerline LED will not light

I have AV200 Extender and AV200 Adaptor and have repeatedly tried to set these up without success.

I have tried them in every socket in my house. I have tried them in socketd the same room. I have tried them both in a double socket but nothing.

This is a normal 4 bed house built in 2000 with normal wiring.

I have never been able to get the Poweline LED to light on either.

The power LED, the ethernet LED and the wireless LED all come on.

The Powerline LED flashes on when the units power up but then go out.

I have used the factory reset to reset the units without success.

Any help appreciated

Bryan

I'm not familiar with that one. I use a Homehub 4 to feed my Powerlines.

I see that it claims to deliver Gigabit Ethernet. Have you tried the various LAN outlets, just in case there is a fault? Do the LAN sockets light up when you connect to the Powerline?

Can you connect anything of a LAN nature, maybe a laptop, to one of those LAN ports, just to check that it is functioning properly?

What is at the other end of the Powerline link? Is that configured to use the LAN? I ask because I use a BluRay player and a media player that both do wifi or LAN. I have to tell it which to use.

I'm also not familiar with those Powerlines. I have newer versions, but these won't light all the indicators unless there is something going on.
