Cause of flashing red light

Question

I am usingh a small network with four PL1200 units, one being the distributor. &nbsp;All works fine except the Led keeps flashing green to red. &nbsp;Anyone any idea what causes this. I keep dropping the Netflix stream as well as other streaming apps and wonder if this might be the cause? &nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;

I'm guessing here, there are three LEDs, but this is probably the "Pick a Plug" LED.
