Netgear 85MBps Powerline Bridge XAV1001 compatible with xet1001 bridge
i have 2 of the netgear xet1001 bridges just wondering if they will work with the xav1001 bridges

Hi roxytinker,
XET1001 is not compatible with XAV1001. The are on different technology and is not compatible but may coexist in the same network.

so they will work together is what im asking i have 6 other types two royal and some other ones and they all work together on same network

If the main adapter connected to the router is XET and on the other end is XAV, they will not communicate as the are not compatible. In order for XAV to work, you need to have another XAV connected to the main router. So the setup should be 2 powerline adapters connected to the router, 1st is the XET for other XET devices in the network and 2nd is XAV for XAV device in the network.
