Hi everyone! I’m trying to get my 2 Tplink powerline connected to my Netgear router but I’m not having any luck Please help me

What's the problem?
The DG834Gv4 is 10 years old, with slow Ethernet ports, but it should work.
Plug powerline LAN into router. Follow the instructions for your powerline devices.

Thank you for the reply.
I pluged in the powerline attached the Ethernet cable from router to the first power line and got the green lights but I haven’t got any internet

What have you connected to the second plug?
As you are dealing with Tplink, you might want to seek their advice. The router is just chucking out the LAN. Setting up your Powerline devices to work with that may not be the same as using Netgear plugs..
- Mauro12Dec 27, 2017AspirantI phoned Tplink help line and before they could do anything they noticed that my Ethernet wire from the router to a laptop wasn’t working. So they think the problem is from the router to any devices and I try different wires but no sign of life!

If the LAN lights on the front don't light up, it is probably just died of old age.
You could try a factory reset to see if that will bring it back to life. Press the button on the back, if you haven't tried that already.
