who say me the difference on this two powerline netgear?

    I don’t work directly for Netgear so can’t give you a definitive answer, but I’m pretty sure that the ‘FRS’ / ‘PES’ extensions are regional codes, so there could be differences if adaptor plug types / voltages for example.

     

    A Netgear employee will probably see this and provide a more definite/correct answer.
