PL1000 not sending full speed

Hi! I have a PL1000 adapter and I should be getting 250/250 Mbps, but instead I only get 50 Mbps. Tried factory reseting it, switching outlets and buying new cat 6 cables.

    Hard to know what could be going on here.

     

    What other kit is involved in the link?

     

    What are you using to test the speed?

     

    Anything running over wifi?

      This is the only pair in the link.

      Using speedtest.net with cat 6 cable on both ends.

      Phone, and other peoples laptops are running on the wifi from the modem, my desktop is not running on wifi and ethernet at the same time.
