Power line av500
Hi I have a NETGEAR av500 Powerline WiFi extender. I haven’t used it for a while and when I set it up I remember setting a password up. However now when I try to find it on my devices it doesn’t come up anymore? I’ve tried resync the device but still can’t find it? All the correct lights are showing too? I’m lost please help it’s doing my head in and virgin who supplied it just pass me around

If you factory reset the plugs it will restore the default passwords on the back of the plugs.
There is a manual for the device somewhere at the end of this link:
