Powerline 1200s Not Communicating to Printer

About a year ago, our HP LaserJet Pro 400 M451's wifi adapter stopped working. We had two Powerline 1200s installed, 1 connected to the router and the other connected to the printer. Everything was fine until Tuesday when we had our internet service changed from Comcast to GloFiber. The only change was the router. All other devices are working off the wifi signal but we cannot get the printer to print. I've re-paired the adapters. I've restarted the printer several times. Since I wasn't the one that installed these originally, I'm not sure what else I need to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your subject says "1200s". Does that mean PLW1200? PL1200s don't do wifi.

    Is this an Ethernet printer?

Is this wifi adapter some sort of add on for the printer?

You replaced the router? Was it set up with the same Wifi credentials (SSID and password) as the old router?

Is this WiFi from the Powerline plug?

If other devices happily use the plug's WiFi, and it is just the printer that refuses to cooperate, this points strongly as the printer as the problem.

In general, issues with WiFi printers track back to the printer. The WiFi source is effectively a dumb devices that broadcasts the signal. Most WiFi printers come with their own configuration software.

For standard HP's this is one place to start:

Installing HP wireless printer software | Wireless Printing Center | HP® United Kingdom

This lets people mess around with things like the printer's IP address and WiFi security.

You have put your issue in the section given over to routers, but you seem to be asking about Powerline.

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

    Powerline Networking - NETGEAR Communities

You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.

I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

    Check for various troubleshooting tips.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
