powerline adapter to my router so I can move it

how to connect a powerline adapter to my router so I can move it to a better location in my home

    Move what? Router? Plug?

     

    You can put the router where you like but the plug has to be connected to it.

     

    Then you can put other things on the second (or third or more) powerline adapter.

      then the second of these connections is the modem, right?  Because now the modem and router are in different rooms.

        You didn't mention a modem.

         

        Perhaps you can explain what you want to do.
