powerline adapter
Hey there! I'm currently having a strange problem that's suddenly occurred: My powerline adapter will either drop dramatically in signal or will just disconnect entirely. I've had this setup for at least 6 months without either adapter moving.
Also, this drop seems to only happen whenever I begin playing a game online or join/start a video chat with friends. I've tried changing the adapters, factory reset, resetting the router along with resetting my computer!
To also add is that this doesn't happen when I connect the adapter cable to a console. It's perfectly fine.

Certain devices can add inteference into the power line.
If you've already narrowed it to activites on one device, then you've actual done the largest part of the work. It could be that device's power supply is going bad, having issues, or even something else in it is causing issues.
