Powerline AV 500 no longer working

I have a Powerline AV500 with two plugs which although not used often has worked reliably since I purchased it. It he connection has now stopped working, one plug has no lights on. I have factory reset both which has not cured the problem. When I power on the unit with no lights then the lights come on green for a few seconds then all lights go out. Can anyone help?

    Hi Rober1n,

     

    Can you connect the 2nd powerline in a socket near the 1st powerline with the router or in same room and check if the lights lit?

      Hi, when I try this the lights on the second Powerline light up when the power is first switched on then after a few seconds all go out.

        Hi Robert1n,

         

        If same thing happens with when connected in just one room then the router might be defective. Check if it has reset button. If yes, reset the powerline adapters. If same thing happens, replace the adapters.
