Powerline Wifi 1000 (PL1000v2 and PLW1000v2) Connection Issue - Connected but no Internet

Hi, I am getting really frustrated as I have been trying to figure out why my Powerline Wifi 1000 has decided to just stop producing internet. The Powerline devices have been working for over 6 months and then within the last few days they decided to stop. We still can connect to the internet but the wifi being produced by the Powerline Wifi 1000 no longer produces it, so part of our house that has bad wifi signal now can no longer connect. This means the smart TV in the livingroom can no longer connect to Netflix, which it had been able to do thanks to the powerline up till the other day.

 

I have tried power cycling all the way to the modem and router without success. I have also tried unplugging the powerline devices for a while in hopes that would reset them. I have also tried redoing the security on the devices when I plugged them back in, just in case it helped.The weird thing is that all the lights on the devices are lit up and correct colors. Yet whenever I try to connect the smart TV or phones to the wifi it tells me the devices are connected but there is no internet. I honestly don't know what else to try at this point and all of the forums I have gone on that had similar problems seemed to magically be fixed over night. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions that I could try to get them to produce internet again that would be amazing.

    The user manual is here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/PL1000/Powerline_UM_EN.pdf  That describes how to reset the devices.

     

    You might also try connecting a PC to the ethernet jack of the PLW1000v2, as that might simplify troubleshooting.  From there you can try pinging your router (or reaching it's web UI), which would confirm connectivity.  Perhaps also confirm that the ethernet cable between the PL1000v2 and the router is working (checking the LED light on the router LAN port).
