Powerline with power over Ethernet (POE)

Hi there, does such a unit exist? Need something for an IP security camera that uses poe. Thank you for any info!

    According to Netgear's PowerLine FAQ (link), they do not offer any Powerline adapters with PoE support.  Do a Google search for powerline poe and you will find other vendors.  It seems that your use case is very common!

    I am in search of a powerline unit that can pass power over ethernet but not have a seperate power cable. I need a unit that can take power and pass it on the same ethernet cable. It is for a PoE camera. All the adapters I have found have a seperate DC output. So I assume then that the power gets seperated. Anybody know if the powerline units can pass power or of an adapter that passes PoE straight thru?
