A couple of questions I hope somebody can point me in the right direction to figure out:
1. Will XET1001 work with the XWNB5221 (comes with XWN5021and XAV5221) and are there any limitations to speed? I started off connecting my router to the XAV5221 and then used the XET1001 to connect to a PS4 and it didn't work. I didn't have an internet connection to my PS4 but I did have the XWN5021 working and can see the WIFI as an option. But it appears if I the connect the router to the XET1001 and use the XWN5021 I can extend my WIFI and I find the NETGEAR_EXT as a WIFI connection but is this limiting my speed?
2. Once I try to connect to the WIFI it is asking for a password. I saw on another post that the default is HomeplugAV, I tried it and it didn't work, I tried the factory reset and it didn't work. I tried pluging my computer into the XWN5021 with an ethernet cable. I think I only have one ethernet connection on my computer so connecting my computer to the XWN5021 disconnects me from the internet and when I try to goto mywifiext.net, the computer won't connect becuase it says i am not connected to the internet. Do I need to connect my computer to the internet wirelessly?

Regarding the password, can you provide more information about your network setup?
What is the router model number do you have? How are things connected? If you have used the WPS PIN method to connect or setup the powerlines, you may have to get the wireless password from the router. Anyhow, let us know more information about your network setup to guide you better in setting this powerlines.
