Hi houghton,
You may check the installation guide for the configuration of the powerlines. Check as well the lights which will indicate if the connection good or excellent or no connection at all.

Thank You for replying !!
The far adapter thats plugged into the outlet has both green lights lit for the power and network, but the one (main) adapter that connects to the router and the power outlet has a green light for the power and a blue light for wireless connectivity.
Thank you again,
rick h.

Thank you for the .pdf file! The fact that the main adapter has a blue light, honestly it is blue, where it should be green or amber or orange is strange. I tried looking up in NETGEAR'S Document Libraries and FAQ other libraries and have not found anything about the why the light is blue, Do you know?
Thanks ahead of time and sorry i didn't add this to prior.

The blue light denotes Wi-fi ( has a ((.)) sign underneath it )
Why have you got the Wi-fi Unit connected to the router ? If your aim is to have Wi-Fi in the garage then that unit needs to be in the Garage. This unit has horizontal lights. The other unit (smaller of the two) should be connected to your router to provide the powerline connection to your Wi-fi unit. This smaller unit has vertical lights.
Hope this helps
