Use Powerline Extender for Ethernet Backhaul for Orbi System

I have an Orbi mesh system (RBK753) with 1 main and 2 satellites. One of the satellites is in a separate studio building in the yard. It is far enough away from the house, that the wireless backhaul connection between the satellite and primary router is unstable, causing it to drop internet connectivity consistently. The studio however, is on the same power main as the house.

Is it possible to use a power line extender (e.g., Powerline 2000 Extender (PLP2000)  to create an ethernet connection in the studio, that I could then plug the Orbi satellite into, using the Powerline connection as a wired backhaul for the satellite? I suppose I could try a Powerline extender with WiFi, but I'd ideally like to have the studio on the same mesh connection as the house.

    Yes.

Not quite the same thing, but I have used Powerline as the wired connection to an Orbi router in AP mode.

Thanks, confirming this worked! The speed of the internet connection using the Powerline connection as the backhaul, is about the same as the wireless backhaul when it actually connects, but I'm hoping it will be a more stable connection. I consistently get ~600 MB/s download at the router, but only ~50-60 MB/s at the Powerline extender. Not sure if that's typical or not.

A lot depends on the local mains network.

As you say, Powerline should be more reliable.
