What kind of CPL/Wifi model is compatible with CPL 500 (XAVB5401) ?

Hi everyone,

I bought the pack of 2 adapters CPL 500 (model XAVB5401) with outlet and it works very well!

Now I need an additional adapter to extend the wifi in the garage of my house. I would like do that with a cpl/wifi device.

So my question is: what kind of model do I have to buy?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

  • Your current kit is HomeplugAV compliant.  So any model that is HomeplugAV or HomeplugAV2 compliant (as these are backwards compatible) will work with the XAVB5401's

    Hope this helps

    • Hi Clithes and thanks for your answer.

      I have a network with 2 CPL 500 (XAVB5401) adapters.

      Then I bought the wi-fi CPL 500 XWNB5201 (XWN 5001 and XAV5201).

When I connect the XWNB5201 the XAVB5401 stop running. What can I do to make both running please ?

Thanks in advance for helping me.

      Best regards

        Hi DonaldLaborde,

Try to reset all the adapters and reconfigure them.
