    Hi lan8,

May I know what is the exact model number of the X10 home automation system do you have and how does it work so that we can check if the powerline will interfere.

      Dear James,

X10 is a powerline data system used wordwide.  Several manufacturers make to this standard for home automation.  See Marmitek  and  Haibrain  etc.

See Wikipedia X10    then select  X10 (industry standard) for protocols etc.

The model numbers of units I use to transmit data over powerline are   CM15pro,   TM13U   and   TIP10RF.

      To recieve powerline data I use LD11,   AD10,  LW12,  LM12U  and  AM12U

      To link by radio to CM15pro and TM13U  I use   HR10,   MS13E and  SS13.

      Regards Ian8

        Hi lan8,

There is no interference issues with the X10 home automation devices with the NETGEAR powerline adapter.
