1. Can you try connecting other device on the adapter if same problem?
2. Check if the computer is getting a valid IP from the adapter. If there is, what is the IP address?

Hi,
I changed the devices, there were two DELL Desktops connected, now just a Dell Laptop.
Yes, it does get an IPADdress;
