A6100 keeps disconnecting
Running Windows 8.1. Disabled USB selective suspend. Did not help Any suggestions?

- jmizoguchiVirtuosoMake sure you are not using USB ports with other devices like ext USB HD etc.
USB port are paired as one so watch where the USB is shared with. If PC active and used the should not disconnect you unless issues are other interference issues - mluna20TutorTwo USB 2.0, one USB 3.0. Problem occurs when using any of the three. Nothing else connected via USB.

I am having the same problem. It began suddenly after working perfectly in the same laptop for about a year now. I cannot think of anything at all I could have done in the past week or so that may have caused it.
I am and have been using the beta driver as it was the only option for win 8.1. Has that changed? Is there a newer driver? although since it has been working I don't think that is the problem but who knows.
any suggestions appreciated.
