A6100 takes a few minutes after start up to connect to internet.

I use an A6100 mini wifi adaptor and once the computer is booted up it says im connected to the internet but if i go to chrome it says no internet connection and it takes a good 2-3 minutes after boot for me to be able to use the internet. in the settings I have it enebled on start up, i have the latest driver, and its installed on my SSD. i tried re installing the adaptor and the drivers but no luck.
