I fixed the issue for myself by using windows default wireless manager.
1. Click Windows Key or Start Logo
2. type services.msc and hit enter
3. Locate and start WLAN Auto Config service
4. Go to Network and Internet, then Network and Sharing Center
5. Manage wireless networks.
Hopes this helps everyone who tired hours trying to fix it themselves like i did.
