A6200 to R6300 speed problems

Hi everyone. I do have an R6300 and an A6200 and I am facing the fillowing problem. When I first connect (5G) I only get 144 mbps and after a few minutes the speed increases to something around ...

What OS? What adapter driver version? What security encryption protocol?

I had a similar problem with the "new" driver so I rolled back to 1.0.0.18 and it all went away.
