A6210 - Cant install Netgear Genie

Greetings!

 

I tried to update my drivers for the adapter.

Drivers themselves were installed, adapter works without problems.

Unfortunately, Netgear Genie app doesnt work. During instalation it displays error that no adapter plugged in was found. I tried plugging it in to another USB ports, still the same problem.

 

Win 10.

 

Any idea how to fix that?

    I also bought the A6210 adapter today, tried to install on a Windows 10 pc, and have exactly the same problem. Is there any chance you can send me the fix?

      The issues are Genie and Win 10. Both need soe rework and the last one should never have left Seattle!
