A6210 - No Adaptor Detected
Hi All,
Thanks in advance for my issue. I just purchased A6210 and has been trying to install it for hours without success. The issue is genie will not detect the adapter at all. When I check under device manager, the driver does appear to be installed. but the status is as below:
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.
I have tried to remove/install again and again, restarting computer in between, clean registry, etc. Nothing has worked.
Can anyone please give me any suggestions? Is this adapter faulty??
Thanks,
Anthony

- FairytailVirtuosoRun your computer on safe mode and install the driver of the adapter.
- NomakeWanAspirantMy suggestion would be to remove all the Netgear software then download and install the Mediatek driver instead. It solves a lot of problems.
