A6210 Adapter

I just got this adapter(A6210) for a Toshiba P775-S7320 Satellite laptop since I can not replace the wifi card. It installs and driver appears ok; in the network center it is enabled but yet it does not see any of the routers. I tried other the other usb ports and nothing. I did return it and got another, but, same results. Any ideas?

    Hi, I have AC6200 which works fine. Didn't you use Genie? If you have inSSIDer (must be version 4 to see -AC signal) or some thing like it, Use it and see what's going on.
