A6210 WiFi Adapter not working
I've had the adapter for about 9 months now working perfectly fine. Yesterday netgear genie auto-updated, and after that, the genie stopped working as a whole. I tried restarting the computer...
I just bought the adapter yesterday and it did not work though I followed all instructions including resetting my router.
Is there a phone number I can call since I'm a brand new user and my computer is not connected to the internet but using a 4G phone currently.
