AC6100 Dual Band Wireless AC Adapter - Constistent Packet Loss and Disconnecting

So I've had my AC6100 Wireless AC Adapter for about a year or so now and am experiencing consistent packet loss and all of my peripherals will disconnect when gaming, including my PS4 controller, keyboard, mouse, and the adapter itself causing me to lose connection and the game I'm in to freeze/crash. I have factory reset my pc to see if it could be a problem with the pc but that only seem to make things worse. Has anyone had any similiar experiences, and if so what did you do to fix it? I'm not sure if this could be a hardware or software issue, but either way any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    Hi BradyNG, we'd like to know the following.

     

     

    What operating system are you using?

    Which software/driver version do you have installed?

    Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?

    Have you tried using other driver versions?

    Have you tried using a different USB port?

    Does the issue persist when using the adapter with another computer?

    Does the issue persist on both bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz)?
