connection/pawwsord issues

I have a WN3000RP wireless extender that was previously connected to my SKY breadband, we have just moved onto  a BT SMART HUB and whilst the extender connects to the wireless signal I can not connect any devices with the BT password. I have done a factory reset  twice but I still can't connect. any ideas??

    What BT password is this? Wifi? Internet?

     

    They aren't the same.

     

    Have you reset the wifi extender and set it up from scratch? You need to get it to forget that it was ever connected to the SKY box.
