Frequent disconnects
Can anyone help? I have this new wi-fi adapter and it continually drops service. No other devices on the home network drop service- just this new one. The only way I can get this computer back up is to do a re-boot. I've power cycled the router, and I keep getting the same result. Very frustrating! I'm not a tech expert, so please walk me through what I need to do to make this thing work properly. We are running Windows 10.
Hi Drgwayne,
Please try to install it on a different computer and observe the connection.

I've done the uninstall and reinstalled the freshest stand alone driver. Right after doing this, it dropped off again. I'm no tech person-- help!

Community Team- DrgwayneGuideThanks-- I've done this-- it worked fine for 2 days but now it's dropping again just as before. Home network is fine-- other devices are working fine. Next steps?
