Help with install please

I installed the driver and when the genie says to insert the adapter i do and i get lights but then i get this error: The NETGEAR A6200 WiFi Adapter is not found. Please Help!!!

Some of this may not help, but try uninstalling the Genie app and re-install the stand alone install you will find on the CD. This will re-install the driver only and see if it will recognize.
