Losing Packets

I have the A6210 WIFI adapter and I am experiencing packet loss. This just started. I have tried updating and everything but it just lags to hell. Please help!

First - packet loss between where & where? Second - have you considered the possibility of interference (RFI) from adjacent networks, microwave ovens, etc., etc.?
