Losing Packets

I have the A6210 WIFI adapter and I am experiencing packet loss. This just started. I have tried updating and everything but it just lags to hell. Please help!

Packet loss just playing any online game such as BF4. I get the packet loss symbol and get extreme rubberbanding. I also did ping 10.0.0.1 -t which is my gateway and I get request timeout for every like 30 successful attempts. I just started having this problem and nothing has changed in my setup.
