Is that the Netgear desktop genie? Do you mean Windows boot?
If so, why not just disable the launch of the genie?
Genie is currently disabled on startup. Hence my confusion. At least, via task manager it is, and via the programmes properties, there doesnt appear to be any option to change it.
What do you mean by " Auto-connections Already Selected"?
Where is it already selected?
What is connecting to what?
These don't seem like familiar bits of the desktop genie.
