You could try using either Revo Uninstaller, Geek Uninstaller or Ccleaner (all of these programs have free versions). But I suspect that you will have to bite the bullet and manually uninstall it. I would start by disabling anything that starts Genie at bootup. Go to the Task Manager's Startup tab and disable any references to Genie. Do the same for Services. Then crawl through the registry...
