New 1.0.0.36 A6210 driver!

For me:
- Fixed installation on a Windows 10 installation, no longer requires editing registry to match the required name by the driver setup.
- No longer has absurd LAN(192.168.1.1) ping times during heavy 5Ghz use.
- No longer breaks Windows 10 "Show available networks" when not using the -Standalone version. Both Genie and Windows can be used to connect to AP's!
- Driver version:
A new advanced option(Default disabled): PMF On/Off. A quick Google search says this is some security feature that is not required by most consumer routers.
Keep this disabled since according to the Netgear changelog, it fixes intermittent connectivity issues.
