poor customer support

I purchased this AC1200 router & customer support sucks. This is the 3rd Netgear product that has totally turned me off by the poor website & poor support. I returned all products & will return this one also. I was going to purchase Arlo home security but I just found out it is Netgear  Definitely will not buy an Arlo.
